Authentic Ti-Punch

A trip to Guadeloupe without a taste of ti-punch is like… well, let’s just say it has become tradition for a reason! Delicious, refreshing and not to be missed!

Ingredients

  • Rum
  • Lemon
  • Sugar cane syrup

Instructions

One part cane syrup, two parts white or old rum, a slice of lemon and two small spoonfuls of sugar. Muddle together, squeezing the lemon. Serve with or without ice.
