Caribbean Bream Carpaccio

Ingredients

4 servings:

  • 16 ounces skinless sea bream fillets
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 mango, peeled, and cut into small cubes
  • 4 chives, chopped
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice fillets into thin slices (approx. 1/5 inch).
  2. Divide bream slices among four plates and sprinkle with lime juice.
  3. Garnish with mango, tomato, and chives; top with coconut milk.
  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
