Ingredients
4 servings:
- 16 ounces skinless sea bream fillets
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 mango, peeled, and cut into small cubes
- 4 chives, chopped
- ¾ cup coconut milk
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice fillets into thin slices (approx. 1/5 inch).
- Divide bream slices among four plates and sprinkle with lime juice.
- Garnish with mango, tomato, and chives; top with coconut milk.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
